David serves as a tax partner in the Western Carolina region of the firm. David focuses on tax consulting and compliance work for mid-sized closely held organizations operating in the manufacturing and distribution, auto dealership, and construction and real estate industries. David delivers value to his clients through creating and implementing innovative tax solutions. David is experienced in consolidations, multi-state filings, merger and acquisitions, re-organizations, buy/sale consulting, and audit representation. David serves as the dealership entrepreneur for the Western Carolina region, is on the dealership service group tax committee, and is leader of the corporate tax team in the Asheville office.
