John Stewart

Profile

John is a Member in our Raleigh office and serves as the Eastern North Carolina leader of the Life Science and Innovation Service team.  He brings over 13 years of accounting and auditing experience in the life sciences, software, technology, medical devices and manufacturing industries with a Big Four accounting firm. In addition to his experience in the Research Triangle region, John has worked with innovation companies in Silicon Valley and has assisted both private and larger publicly traded companies with a variety of services.

John has assisted organizations with financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, internal control structure design and modification, and the filing of registration statements.
