Gary is a partner in Dixon Hughes Goodman’s Charlotte office. He is responsible for audits of SEC registrants, manufacturing and distribution companies, employee benefit plans, and broker dealers. Gary has also assisted clients in implementing complex accounting standards in areas such as stock options and purchase accounting. He is well versed in the disclosure requirements of public companies, and has experience working with holding companies of private equity firms.
