David has more thanthirty years of public accounting experience. He is currently responsible for engagements performed on behalf of clients involved in a wide range of industries including, not-for-profit, trusts, health care and professional services. As such, he has accumulated a wealth of experience in computer systems, business management, cost accounting, tax issues and compensation plans. David deals with over 80 health care clients. He is one of the firm’s main resources for medical practice related issues. He has spoken at seminars as an authority on employee/physician benefit programs and a variety of other practice areas. He presently assists clients with their third party reimbursement, practice management, financial statements, tax planning and compliance, and financial planning needs. David has worked with clients in evaluating Medicare, managed care and other intermediary participation programs. He has assisted management in complying with Medicare fee revision requirements and made recommendations for billing system upgrades, web site implementation and computerization conversions. David has worked with clients on numerous other health care practice problems including PLLC formation, office satelliting, adding medical associates, ancillary revenue development, mergers and group affiliations, buy-sell arrangements and developing compensation and productivity plans. David is well versed in the varying goals and philosophies of health care groups.
