Gregg has practiced in private industry and as a certified public accountant for over twenty-five years. Gregg's area of concentration is in the government contracting industry. This experience provides him with extensive knowledge in the following areas: - Consultation on government contracting issues throughout the procurement process.
- Representation and compliance with DCAA and other agency audits.
- SBA regulations and compliance.
- Supervision of audits in the government contracting and professional services industries.
- Tax planning and compliance for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, including consolidations, mergers and acquisitions.
- Experience with multi-state taxation.
- Representation before taxing authorities on a variety of tax audits.
Gregg has authored numerous articles on tax, government contracting, and 8(a) issues. Under his direction, the firm publishes a newsletter, "Government Contracting Today," which addresses current financial, tax, compliance and management issues and economic trends affecting the government contracting industry. He also hosts the annual seminar, "Government Contracting Update," which provides an overview of the latest tax, accounting, legal, financial and compliance developments affecting the government contracting industry.
