Mike has over 20 years of public accounting experience. In addition to assisting clients with Medicare/Medicaid cost reports and appeals, he also manages a large number of health care audits, ranging from small nursing homes to large not-for-profit hospitals. He is experienced in rate reviews, cost analysis, and certificate of need applications. Mike has past experience as a Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President of Finance for a 175-bed hospital, with responsibility for direction and supervision of the billing, finance, medical records, data processing, and financial counseling departments.
