Ann-Marie is the leader of the Metro DC Real Estate Services Group. She has extensive technical experience working in multiple facets of the real estate industry including residential, mixed-used and commercial developments, HUD and tax credits regulated properties, homebuilders, mortgage lenders, title companies and brokers. She also works closely with developers and capital sources to ensure compliance with reporting requirements, regulations, operational controls and best practices to ensure success.
