Our coal and natural gas experience involves audits, accounting assistance, transaction advisory services and tax preparation to both joint interest investors and owner-operators involved in the drilling and operation of oil and gas wells, and some pipeline operations, located substantially in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Wyoming, as well as wells in West Virginia.  Our experience also includes clients drilling and operating coal bed methane gas wells and encompasses a variety of different types of mining methods and coal processing.  We have experience with the multitude of different agreements and structures common in the industry.   In addition to auditing both coal and natural gas entities, we have assisted in the development of significant financial statement estimates such as the valuation of reserves and asset retirement
