Need help but don't need a full time Human Resource professional? No problem!
The HR Partnership Program is designed to augment your existing team at the level your business requires. There are different options available to meet your unique requirements with pricing based on the size of your employee population. Our team is comprised of seasoned Human Resource professionals with diverse expertise and skill sets.
All members receive the following benefits in addition to the Advisor and On-Demand support levels noted below:

- Periodic newsletter, HR Review
- Courtesy pass to semi-annual HRSD seminars
- Discounts on semi-annual HRSD seminars for additional attendees
- HRPP Membership Resource materials
Designed to support smaller organizations, Advisor provides access to certified HR practitioners with real world experience to answer fundamental questions every employer needs to know. This service may be accessed via phone (757.316.3277) and/or email (HRAdvisor@dhgllp.com). Fees are between $25 and $100 per month.
For an additional $10 per month, On-Demand offers in depth and/or on-site support for HRPP Members at a 20% discount on the HRSD consultants' rates. Examples of HR On-Demand:
- Interim HR support during absence or vacancy
- Employee complaint investigation
- Termination guidance and assistance
- Performance management coaching
- HR policy / process / employee handbook development
- Management coaching (including 360 assessment and coaching)
- Assessments and regulatory reviews (FLSA, Form I-9 review, etc.)
- Compensation and salary analysis
- Retained recruiting support
- On-site employee training and seminars
Partner with a senior HR professional to learn effective approaches to Human Resource functions. Mentor may be engaged for business owners, managers or the professional responsible for the HR functions in your organization.
