John Brock is a Partner in the Transaction Advisory Services Practice at DHG. John began his career in 2003 and for the past 10 years has been involved in buy-side and sell-side due diligence transactions as well as integrations within the healthcare industry. His experience includes private and publicly-traded companies and their associated accounting topics. His primary responsibilities have included performance of due diligence assistance, integration assistance, financial analysis and technical accounting and industry research to assist clients through their transaction processes. Prior to joining DHG, John worked in the healthcare transaction advisory services group of a Big Four accounting firm. Prior to working in transaction services, John began his career in the audit practice of a Big Four accounting firm working on multiple large public clients.
